We are the Flying Earrings, an All-FLINTA* polycule of a band from Leipzig, Germany, centered on Serpentina (lead vocals & electric ukulele), Ari (guitars), and Estha (drums).

In addition, we like to add musicians on keys, bass, co-vocals, violin and other instruments from what we like to call the “Earrings Cinematic Universe”.
No matter the lineup, we are uncompromisingly FLINTA*, uncompromisingly antifascist, uncompromisingly ourselves.

We celebrate Radical Queerness, intimacy, and all the feelings: from slippery horny to incandescent angry and back again.

If reviews can be trusted, we “sound like progressive rock made by theatre kids”, “deliver bold indie rock with sharp guitar lines and confident vocals”, but are “not subtle enough and too direct.” We are also “perfect for your Bohemian nights where you want to forget the world.”

We think all of these are compliments. And wherever we play, we find audiences who hunger for genuine connection as much as we do.
